Delivering for international shipments:
When our partner takes over your parcel, a tracking link is issued to you. You can then follow the delivery of your package. If you have a problem with the delivery, please contact us at contact@coneaddict.com. We can, on our site, open an investigation to obtain more information on the location of your package. The response times for Delivengo surveys are 15 to 30 working days.
GLS, for shipments over 4kg:
This delivery must be made with delivery against signature. You can select a delivery time slot for the passage of our carrier. If you are not present during the delivery, the parcel will be presented again at your home the next working day.
All the announced delays are calculated in working days. The times indicated are average transport times and correspond to the order’s processing, preparation, and shipping times (warehouse exit). To this period, must be added the delivery time of the carrier by postal circuit.
In the case of an imperative delivery date, it is up to the customer to take the necessary precautions and to question the logistics services of our site to have the feasibility of meeting the deadline assessed.
CONE ADDICT could not be held responsible in the delivery deemed late by the customer if the shipment was made within the prescribed time limits. Please take these precautions before ordering on the CONE ADDICT website.
Packages that are returned to us for non-complaint, lack of address, or any other reason for which we cannot be held responsible cannot give rise to any refund; the packages may be reshipped for new shipping costs to be paid via a banking platform or bank transfer.
We ship worldwide. When creating your account, we will offer you all countries when entering your delivery address.
According to Article L. 121-20-2, 3 ° of the Consumer Code, the law on the withdrawal period for the e-commerce sector does not apply to personalized goods (the seller cannot resell the product custom and any work started on your order is lost).
Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order or modify the characteristics of the product, the marking, and the files used (size, color, and reference).
Although you can change your address in your Cone Addict account settings, the address chosen during the validation of your order will be retained. For any desired change of delivery address after validation of your order, please contact us at contact@coneaddict.com, indicating your order number and the desired address.
Please note that the address may be changed before the package is shipped.
When our service providers have taken charge of your package, you will receive an email including a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package. Delivery is generally made between 24 hours to 72 hours. (for delivery in France)
With your tracking number, we invite you to contact our service provider directly. He can then provide you with more information about the location of your package.
Unfortunately, it is possible, during transport, that some packages experience minor mishaps. In these cases, the transport company pays the compensation.
When the package is delivered to you by the delivery person, we invite you to scrutinize your package. If it shows any trace of deterioration on the box, but the merchandise is intact, we invite you to report it on the delivery slip presented by the delivery person.
If your product has been damaged and becomes unusable, we invite you to take a photo of the package and a photo of the damaged merchandise. These photos must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery to the email address contact@coneaddict.com. Beyond this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to file a complaint with our carrier.
